SpaceX revealed it's collecting $1.25 billion a month just to keep Anthropic's models thinking. The news behind the lyrics

Anthropic hits profitability two years early. Q2 2026 revenue is projected at $10.9 billion — up 130% quarter-over-quarter — with operating profit of $559 million. 1 The driver: Claude Code has become a default tool in enterprise software development, and the cost per token has dropped from $0.71 to $0.56 of revenue.

The SpaceX deal that Colossus built. SpaceX's S-1 filing disclosed that Anthropic pays $1.25 billion per month for GPU compute access — a $45 billion total contract running through May 2029. 1 Colossus 1 already houses more than 220,000 NVIDIA GPUs.
